Shipping Fees
We offer both free and paid shipping options, depending on where your destination lies. Choose the one that fits your journey and budget—your next adventure awaits!
Customs Fees
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees and other unexpected charges that may arise during the shipping process.
- We declare the appropriate value for customs on all shipments sent from China or our overseas distribution centers. For more information about the declared value or to request a specific value, please don’t hesitate to email us at support@higearhunter.com within a few hours of your purchase.
Estimated Shipping Time
Your item is traveling toward you, but how fast it gets there depends on the distribution center and courier service. We’re working hard to get your item to you quickly, but please note there could be delays from time to time.
- To the United States: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery time is around 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Handmade Products
Every one of our products is handmade with care, which means each item requires 1-3 days to be crafted and prepared for shipping. We pour our passion into every stitch, and we personally pack each order to ensure it’s ready to accompany you on your next adventure!
Important Notes:
- 1-3 business days for order processing (excluding pre-orders)
- Customers are liable for any losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses, or fraudulent transactions.
- Once an order has been shipped, it generally cannot be canceled. If a cancellation is requested after dispatch, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees and extra costs that arise.
