Warranty Policy

Gearhunter Warranty

We provide a 30-day limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. Gearhunter products are covered for defects in materials or craftsmanship (unless specified as a blemished product). If a defect is found, we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion. Since all of our products are handmade and/or hand-finished, minor imperfections may occur. 

Exclusions:

  • The warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse,alter, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from improper care or handling is not covered.

How to Claim:

If you encounter any problems covered by the warranty, please feel free to contact us at support@higearhunter.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the process to resolve it quickly. We’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase and that your handmade product lasts as long as your adventures!
